Our team of experienced and qualified Support Workers provide an exceptional level of care to participants. Services provided include personal care and complex support (in home and in the community) including mealtime assistance to participants with dysphagia, stoma care, diabetes management and epilepsy management. We support people with Vision and/or Hearing Impairment, Mental Health conditions, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Physical Disability and Neurological conditions.
